Abstract
This study focuses on the technology of improving the fatigue resistance performance of automotive fasteners, and conducts comprehensive research on various technical means such as material selection, surface treatment, and structural optimization. Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and experimental testing, the influence mechanism of various factors on the fatigue resistance performance of automotive fasteners is deeply analyzed. The research results show that selecting high-strength and high toughness materials reasonably, using advanced surface treatment processes such as shot peening and nitriding treatment, and optimizing the design of fastener structures can improve the fatigue resistance performance of automotive fasteners, extend their service life, and provide strong guarantees for safe and stable operation of automobiles.
