Abstract
To continuously optimize the shifting performance of heavy-duty truck transmissions and refine the aerodynamic booster’s design layout, this paper first analyzes the working principle of the aerodynamic booster. Subsequently, it delves into its application value from dimensions such as ergonomics and drivetrain dynamics. Finally, practical design strategies are proposed, including adopting modular integration concepts, improving structural design deployment, and emphasizing parameter design and structural optimization of key components like control valves and cylinders. Practical tests have proven that the optimized aerodynamic booster can effectively reduce shifting operation force, demonstrating significant practicality. These findings provide valuable references for industry peers to widely adopt and implement.
