    Intelligent and Automated Process Design for Automotive Wheel Hubs

    • With the increasing demand for lightweight, high-precision, and efficient production in the automotive industry, the wheel hub manufacturing process is undergoing a transformation towards intelligence and automation. This article takes automobile wheel hub manufacturing as the research object, and combines key technologies such as digital design, intelligent detection, and flexible manufacturing to propose an integrated automation production line architecture and data-driven full process management solution. By analyzing the limitations of traditional processes, innovative methods such as AI+3D visual inspection, four-dimensional manufacturing technology, and MES system optimization are introduced to improve production efficiency and reduce processing energy consumption, providing theoretical and practical basis for the transformation and upgrading of the automotive wheel hub manufacturing industry.
