Abstract
Facing the challenges of intelligent transformation and accelerated technological iteration in the new energy vehicle industry, the traditional teaching mode is difficult to meet the demand for cultivating compound talents. By constructing the multi-interaction matrix teaching mode of “teacher-student-machine”, combining digital twin technology to achieve virtual-real integration training, developing dynamic knowledge graphs, and integrating AR/VR tools to construct a safety training system for high-risk scenarios. Build a “threestage progressive” training system (cognition-skills-innovation), and form a three-dimensional resource ecosystem of “loose-leaf textbooks+virtual workshops+metaverse collaboration” to reduce teaching costs. This model provides a technical path to break the predicament of “education lagging behind the industry”, and has universal enlightenment for the reform of vocational education in the intelligent era..
