Abstract:
In July 2025, Yu Guangjiang took office as General Manager of the Marketing Headquarters of FAW Jiefang. Within 5 days of assuming his post, he promoted the reshaping of the marketing organization. Subsequently, he deepened reforms through 4 key measures, and clarified the annual target of 300,000 vehicles and the "3 Outperformances" strategy. Meanwhile, driven by the "product + ecology" dualengine model, he launched new products and expanded the after-sales market, helping the company break through the dilemma of the commercial vehicle stock market and safeguard its leading position in the industry.
