Abstract: Driven by the “dual carbon” strategy, hydrogen energy commercial vehicle technology has developed rapidly worldwide due to its high efficiency, zero pollution and zero emissions. Patents are an important indicator to measure the development status of technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the patent situation of hydrogen energy commercial vehicle technology. This paper explores the development patterns of hydrogen energy commercial vehicle technology from the perspective of patents. The paper analyzes the global and Chinese application trends of hydrogen energy commercial vehicle technology, conducts a technical distribution analysis of key applicants, and conducts an in-depth analysis of Chinese patent applications to uncover the market rules behind the patent data.
