    Research on the Development Trend of Safety Testing Technology for Power Batteries in New Energy Commercial Vehicles

    • 摘要: 全球新能源汽车快速发展,新能源商用车因载货载客量大、运营里程长,与乘用车差异显著。其电池面临更严苛工况,热失控风险高、衰减快、充电效率低等问题突出,安全检测技术升级迫在眉睫,本文聚焦新能源商用车动力电池安全检测技术,深入剖析其发展趋势,先阐述新能源商用车动力电池常见安全问题,进而分析安全检测技术在风险预判、全场景检测等方面的优势,并介绍电性能在线检测、热失控预警检测等应用方法。研究认为,该技术未来将朝着智能融合检测、AI预测检测、便携快速检测以及全周期动态检测方向发展,这对提升新能源商用车安全性、推动行业进步具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of new energy vehicles worldwide, new energy commercial vehicles differ significantly from passenger cars due to their large cargo and passenger capacity and long operating mileage. The battery is facing more stringent working conditions, with high risk of thermal runaway, fast decay, and low charging efficiency. The upgrading of safety detection technology is urgent. This article focuses on the safety detection technology of new energy commercial vehicle power batteries, deeply analyzes its development trend, first expounds the common safety problems of new energy commercial vehicle power batteries, and then analyzes the advantages of safety detection technology in risk prediction, full scene detection, etc., and introduces application methods such as online detection of electrical performance and thermal runaway warning detection. The study believes that this technology will develop towards intelligent fusion detection, AI predictive detection, portable rapid detection, and full cycle dynamic detection in the future, which is of great significance for improving the safety of new energy commercial vehicles and promoting industry progress.
