    基于精益生产的汽车总装车间布局优化研究

    Research on Layout Optimization of Automobile Assembly Workshop Based on Lean Production

    • 摘要: 要实现汽车的精益化生产,需要合理布局车间空间,解决物料搬运路线长、设备位置及物料存储区域设置不合理等问题,避免工序中的在制品积压严重、生产周期长、空间利用率低等问题。鉴于此,本文结合精益化生产下的汽车总装车间工艺布局要求,提出相应的标准化布局设计策略,以提升车间空间的合理利用,减少空间浪费,提升机械生产效率。

       

      Abstract: To achieve lean production of automobiles, it is necessary to rationally arrange the workshop space layout, solve problems such as long material handling routes, unreasonable settings of equipment and material storage areas, and avoid issues like serious backlogs of work-in-progress in processes, long production cycles, and low space utilization. In view of this, this paper will combine the requirements of process layout in automobile assembly workshops under lean production, and propose corresponding standardized layout design strategies to improve the rational utilization of workshop space, reduce space waste, and enhance mechanical production efficiency.
