Abstract:
To address the issues of low loading and unloading efficiency and poor safety in the transportation of prefabricated components using traditional flatbed trucks, this paper takes domestic specialized prefabricated component transport vehicles as the research object, and systematically studies their technical characteristics and application benefits through comparative analysis and data calculation. The results show that, relying on innovative designs such as intelligent loading and unloading systems and adaptive suspension technology, this type of vehicle has improved loading and unloading efficiency by 2-3 times, and the transportation cost has been reduced by an average of 36% compared with traditional transportation methods. In addition, the damage rate during the transportation of prefabricated components has been further reduced, and the transportation safety of the vehicles has been significantly improved. This research provides a technical reference and economic basis for the selection of logistics equipment in prefabricated buildings.
