    关于氢内燃机排放控制路线的探讨

    Discussion on Emission Control Route of Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine

    • 摘要: 基于氢气在内燃机缸体内的燃烧特性,对氢内燃机在燃烧过程中NOx的生成机理进行了分析。通过控制空燃比、EGR、点火提前角、催化转化等途径对控制NOx的生成及排放控制路径进行了分析,同时针对氢内燃机排放废气中残留氢气及因机油燃烧产生的其他污染物的控制进行了分析,提出了氢内燃机排放控制路线,对氢内燃机EGR+DOC(TWC)+DPF+SCR路线,EGR+DOC+SCR路线及EGR+TWC路线进行了分析,并讨论了相关排放控制路线的可行性,为未来氢内燃机产业化应用提供思路。

       

      Abstract: Based on the combustion characteristics of hydrogen in the internal combustion engine cylinder, the generation mechanism of NOx in the combustion process of hydrogen-based internal combustion engine was analyzed. The NOx generation and emission control were analyzed by controlling the air-fuel ratio, EGR, ignition advance angle and catalytic conversion. Meanwhile, the control of residual hydrogen in exhaust gas and other pollutants produced by engine oil combustion are analyzed, and the emission control route of hydrogen engine is proposed. The EGR+DOC(TWC)+DPF+SCR route of hydrogen engine is analyzed. The EGR+DOC+SCR route and EGR+TWC route of hydrogen combustion engine are analyzed, and the feasibility of related emission control route is discussed, which can provide ideas for future industrialization of hydrogen combustion engine.
