    汽车轻量化技术及其在商用车上的应用

    Automotive Lightweighting Technology and Its Application in Commercial Vehicles

    • 摘要: 汽车轻量化技术是以“性能优先、重量最优”为原则,通过材料替代、结构重构与工艺创新等方式在确保商用车承载能力和安全性的前提下降低车辆的自重,从而达到节能减排的目的。本文结合最新研究进展,系统分析和总结了商用车设计制造中常用的各种轻量化技术,对汽车轻量化技术在技术应用与成本方面的挑战进行深度分析,并提出了相关建议,以期更好地促进汽车轻量化技术在商用车上应用效果的提升。

       

      Abstract: Automotive lightweighting technology adheres to the principle of “performance priority and optimal weight”, reducing the vehicle’s self-weight through material substitution, structural reconfiguration, and process innovation while ensuring the carrying capacity and safety of commercial vehicles, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction. This paper, in light of the latest research progress, systematically analyzes and summarizes various lightweighting technologies commonly used in the design and manufacturing of commercial vehicles, and conducts a deep analysis of the challenges in the application and cost of automotive lightweighting technology, and puts forward relevant suggestions, with the aim of better promoting the application effect of automotive lightweighting technology in commercial vehicles.
