Abstract:
Currently, intelligent net--autonomous vehicles based on intelligent networked vehicle technologies are gradually entering our daily lives. In the coming few years, highly autonomous vehicles will enter a large-scale industrial application and deployment stage. Ultimately, fully autonomous vehicles will replace human drivers from a technical standpoint, representing a trend. However, this technological advancement is accompanied by the rapid development of intelligent traffic management systems. The traditional police on-road enforcement, accident handling, and vehicle and driver management functions will also undergo transformation. This paper discusses the legal conflicts arising from intelligent net--autonomous vehicles’(autonomous driving vehicle) access concerning vehicle and driver management from an angle. It proposes feasible measures.
