    阻断型浪涌保护器(BSP)工作模式研究

    Research on the Working Mode of Blocking Surge Protector (BSP)

    • 摘要: 本文应对汽车电子系统的严格防护要求,研究了阻断型浪涌保护器(简称BSP)工作模式与内部耗尽型N型DMOS、PJFET工作状态之间的关系。通过模拟工具搭建一个耐压600 V、触发电流200 mA、恢复电压20 V的双向BSP电路,并介绍了BSP方案在车载CAN总线上的防护应用。研究结果为BSP产品系列化、平台化提供了重要设计参考依据。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, in order to meet the strict protection requirements of automotive electronic systems, the relationship between the working mode of the blocking surge protector (BSP) and the working state of the internal depletion N-type DMOS and PJFET is studied. A bidirectional BSP circuit with 600V withstand voltage, 200mA trigger current and 20V recovery voltage was built by simulation tool. The protection application of BSP on automotive CAN bus is introduced. The research results provide important reference for BSP product serialization and platform design.
