    基于整车综合性能的液力缓速器匹配控制研究

    Research on Hydraulic Retarder Matching Control Based on Comprehensive Performance of the Whole Vehicle

    • 摘要: 近年来,随着重型商用汽车发动机功率及平均车速的提升,液力缓速器在长途运输类牵引车中的匹配占比> 80%。目前液力缓速器的匹配以满足缓速器制动能力为主。本文基于整车辅助制动性能、经济性和噪声3个维度开展液力缓速器的匹配控制研究;通过匹配合适速比、优化开启缓速器降档转速和风扇转速,可在保障液力缓速器制动性能的基础上,改善整车噪声和经济性。

       

      Abstract: With the increase in engine horsepower and average speed of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, hydraulic retarders account for >80% of long-distance transportation tractors.At present, the match of the hydraulic retarder is according to the fitness of braking ability.Based on the three dimensions of auxiliary braking performance, economy and noise, the matching control of hydraulic retarder is carried out, and the noise and economy of the vehicle can be improved on the basis of ensuring the braking performance of the hydraulic retarder by matching the appropriate speed ratio and optimizing the downshift speed of the retarder and the fan speed.
