    汽车紧固件抗疲劳性能提升技术研究

    Research on Improving the Fatigue Resistance Performance of Automotive Fasteners

    • 摘要: 本研究着重关注汽车紧固件抗疲劳性能的提升技术,针对材料选择、表面处理、结构优化等多个方面的技术手段展开综合研究;借助理论分析、数值模拟以及实验测试等方式,深入剖析各因素对汽车紧固件抗疲劳性能的影响机制。研究结果显示,合理挑选高强度且高韧性的材料,运用喷丸处理、氮化处理等先进的表面处理工艺,以及对紧固件结构实施优化设计,可提高汽车紧固件的抗疲劳性能,延长其使用寿命,为汽车安全稳定运行提供有力保障。

       

      Abstract: This study focuses on the technology of improving the fatigue resistance performance of automotive fasteners, and conducts comprehensive research on various technical means such as material selection, surface treatment, and structural optimization. Through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and experimental testing, the influence mechanism of various factors on the fatigue resistance performance of automotive fasteners is deeply analyzed. The research results show that selecting high-strength and high toughness materials reasonably, using advanced surface treatment processes such as shot peening and nitriding treatment, and optimizing the design of fastener structures can improve the fatigue resistance performance of automotive fasteners, extend their service life, and provide strong guarantees for safe and stable operation of automobiles.
