Abstract:
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, the market demand for trackless electric mining vehicles is gradually increasing, and the chassis is one of the core components of these vehicles. Therefore, this paper proposes a chassis design scheme for trackless electric mining vehicles based on additive manufacturing technology, aiming to reduce production costs while meeting material performance requirements. The advantages of additive manufacturing in chassis design are analyzed, and its contribution to improving manufacturing efficiency is elucidated. The results show that additive manufacturing technology enhances material utilization, reduces production costs, and shortens the manufacturing cycle.
