    自动线机内去毛刺技术的研究与应用

    Research and Application of In-machine Deburring Technology for Automatic Lines

    • 摘要: 本文对轮边、轮毂自动化线机内去毛刺技术进行了深入研究。首先,阐述了毛刺的形成机理及其对产品质量的影响;其次,介绍了传统机械去毛刺方法和现代去毛刺技术的特点及应用;最后,详细介绍了轮毂外圆车削飞边毛刺、铸造面钻孔翻边毛刺及轮边减壳钻削出口翻边毛刺的去除案例。研究表明,产品结构优化能够减少毛刺产生,通过非瓶颈工序机内去毛刺,能够降低人员劳动强度,减少人员参与制造过程带来的质量问题,且不影响线体产出。未来,自动化、智能化、环保型去毛刺技术将成为主要发展方向。

       

      Abstract: This article conducts an in - depth study on the in - machine deburring technology for wheel - side and wheel - hub automation lines. Firstly, it expounds on the formation mechanism of burrs and their impact on product quality. Secondly, it introduces the characteristics and applications of traditional mechanical deburring methods and modern deburring technologies. Finally, it details the removal cases of burrs such as the fly - edge burrs during outer - circle turning of wheel hubs, the flanging burrs during drilling on casting surfaces, and the flanging burrs at the exit of drilling on wheel - side reduction shells. The research shows that product structure optimization can reduce burr generation. In - machine deburring in non - bottleneck processes can reduce labor intensity and the quality problems caused by human participation in the manufacturing process, without affecting the output of the production line. In the future, automated, intelligent, and environmentally - friendly deburring technologies will become the main development directions.
