Abstract: Tool life management is a basic function of FANUC system, it can play an effective auxiliary role in CNC equipment processing and automatic production line operation, then improves the level of tool automation management. Based on CNC equipment, this article summarizes the steps and methods of applying the tool life management function in detail through the whole process operation of the tool life management function. which provides reliable and effective practical experience for the FANUC system processing equipment to realize the tool life management.
