    新能源商用车仪表板骨架(CCB)轻量化技术综述

    Lightweight Technology Review for New Energy Commercial Vehicle CCB

    • 摘要: 汽车仪表板横梁骨架(Cross Car Beam,以下简称CCB)的轻量化技术是当前汽车材料、工艺与结构创新的重点领域,已从单一材料替换升级为多技术融合的系统工程。本文对新能源商用车领域涉及的8种CCB轻量化技术进行系统梳理与论述,并以1种VAN类轻型新能源商用车的CCB为例,分析了各类CCB轻量化技术在重量和成本方面的表现,为新能源商用车车企的不同定位车型提供选择参考依据。

       

      Abstract: The lightweight technology of the cross car beam (CCB) in automotive dashboards is a key area of innovation in automotive materials, processes, and structures. It has evolved from single material substitution to a multi-technology integrated system engineering. This paper systematic reviews and discusses eight CCB lightweight technologies involved in the new energy commercial vehicle field. Taking a CCB of a light-duty new energy commercial vehicle of the VAN type as an example, it analyzes the weight and cost of various CCB lightweight technologies, providing a reference basis for different positioning models of new energy commercial vehicle manufacturers.
