    Design and Verification of Steering System Adaptation for New Energy Light Commercial Vehicles

    • 摘要: 随着新能源商用车的快速发展,电动助力转向系统(EPS)因其高效节能、结构紧凑等优势,将可能逐渐取代传统的液压助力转向系统。本文分析了商用车电动助力转向系统的特点,根据助力电机装配位置的不同,将EPS分为3类,详细阐述了其工作原理及控制策略。通过优化整车布置和算法设计,EPS能够实现驾驶轻便性与路感稳定性的平衡。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of new energy commercial vehicles, the electric power steering system EPS is gradually replacing traditional hydraulic power steering systems due to its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and compact structure. The article analyzes the characteristics of commercial electric power steering systems, and divides EPS systems into three categories based on the different assembly positions of the power steering motors. It elaborates on their working principles and control strategies in detail. By optimizing the overall vehicle layout and algorithm design, the EPS system can achieve a balance between driving lightness and road stability.
