    汽车轮毂智能化与自动化工艺设计

    Intelligent and Automated Process Design for Automotive Wheel Hubs

    • 摘要: 随着汽车工业对轻量化、高精度及高效生产需求的不断提升,轮毂制造工艺正经历智能化与自动化转型。本文以汽车轮毂制造为研究对象,结合数字化设计、智能检测、柔性制造等关键技术,提出一种集成自动化生产线架构与数据驱动的全流程管理方案。通过分析传统工艺的局限性,引入AI+3D视觉检测、四维制造技术、MES系统优化等创新方法,以提升生产效率,减少加工能耗,为汽车轮毂制造行业的转型升级提供理论与实践依据。

       

      Abstract: With the increasing demand for lightweight, high-precision, and efficient production in the automotive industry, the wheel hub manufacturing process is undergoing a transformation towards intelligence and automation. This article takes automobile wheel hub manufacturing as the research object, and combines key technologies such as digital design, intelligent detection, and flexible manufacturing to propose an integrated automation production line architecture and data-driven full process management solution. By analyzing the limitations of traditional processes, innovative methods such as AI+3D visual inspection, four-dimensional manufacturing technology, and MES system optimization are introduced to improve production efficiency and reduce processing energy consumption, providing theoretical and practical basis for the transformation and upgrading of the automotive wheel hub manufacturing industry.
