Abstract: With the rapid development of technology, intelligent manufacturing has become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. As an important part of the manufacturing industry, the introduction of intelligent manufacturing technology in heavy truck manufacturing is of great significance for enhancing the level of process development management, improving product quality and production efficiency. This paper conducts an in-depth study on the process development and management of heavy truck manufacturing based on intelligent manufacturing, analyzes the current application status of intelligent manufacturing in heavy truck manufacturing, discusses the key links of process development and management, and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent development of heavy truck manufacturing enterprises.
