    • 摘要: 面对新能源汽车产业智能化转型与技术迭代加速的挑战,传统教学模式难以满足复合型人才培养需求。通过构建“教师-学生-机器”多元交互矩阵教学模式,结合数字孪生技术实现虚实融合实训,开发动态知识图谱,并整合AR/VR工具构建高危场景安全训练体系。构建“三阶渐进式”培养体系(认知-技能-创新),形成“活页教材+虚拟工坊+元宇宙协作”立体化资源生态,使教学成本降低。为破解“教育滞后产业”困境提供技术路径,对智能时代职业教育改革具有普适性启示。

       

      Abstract: Facing the challenges of intelligent transformation and accelerated technological iteration in the new energy vehicle industry, the traditional teaching mode is difficult to meet the demand for cultivating compound talents. By constructing the multi-interaction matrix teaching mode of “teacher-student-machine”, combining digital twin technology to achieve virtual-real integration training, developing dynamic knowledge graphs, and integrating AR/VR tools to construct a safety training system for high-risk scenarios. Build a “threestage progressive” training system (cognition-skills-innovation), and form a three-dimensional resource ecosystem of “loose-leaf textbooks+virtual workshops+metaverse collaboration” to reduce teaching costs. This model provides a technical path to break the predicament of “education lagging behind the industry”, and has universal enlightenment for the reform of vocational education in the intelligent era..
