    • 摘要: 本文分析了近10年的全球专利数据,探讨了相关技术的演进趋势、竞争格局及创新方向。研究发现:车路协同技术经历了从基础通信协议(如DSRC、C-V2X)到智能化融合(AI动态路径优化)的演进;AI决策技术从规则驱动向端到端深度学习发展,强化学习与车路协同结合成为关键突破点。其未来创新方向包括大模型(如Transformer)在自动驾驶中的应用、车路云协同增强学习及AI驱动的智能能源管理等。

       

      Abstract: This article analyzes global patent data in the past 10 years through patent econometrics and text mining methods, and explores the trends of technological evolution, competitive landscape, and innovation directions. Research has found that vehicle road collaboration technology has evolved from basic communication protocols such as DSRC and C-V2X to intelligent fusion (AI dynamic path optimization); The development of AI decision-making technology has shifted from rule driven to end-to-end deep learning, and the combination of reinforcement learning and vehicle road collaboration has become a key breakthrough point. Future innovation directions include the application of large models (such as Transformers) in autonomous driving, vehicle road cloud collaborative enhanced learning, and AI driven intelligent energy management.
